Coming to our cooking class, you have the opportunity to participate in cooking the Vietnamese traditional dishes and to enjoy what you have just cooked. Besides, you also take the car to go down to Cam Thanh village. You have a chance to discover the tranquility of Cam Thanh nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boats.

Hoi An Cooking Class and Basket Boat Tour
Option 1: Morning Tour
8:15 AM: Our tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel/hostel.
8:45 AM: Experience how to buy fresh ingredients in the Hoi An local market. Take the boat trip to Cam Thanh village, then enjoy the fascinating scenery of the nipa palm forest by the bamboo basket boats. Come to our local restaurant, you start to participate in cooking the five local dishes.
12:40 PM: Finish the cooking class, drive back to your hotel, and end the tour.
Option 2: Afternoon Tour
1:00 PM: Our tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel/hostel. Visit the Hoi An central market with the tour guide. Drive the car to the local restaurant. Our chef instructs you on how to cook the five Vietnamese local dishes. After that, you enjoy the dishes that you have just cooked.
4:00 PM: Take the Vietnamese traditional fishing boats – the bamboo basket boats, to explore the tranquility of the nipa palm forest.
4:40 PM: Take the car to your hotel.
